IVHQ Rewards & Ambassador Programs Terms and Conditions

Version 2.1

IVHQ Rewards Program

1. Volunteers who have completed one or more IVHQ programs receive a 10% discount off their Registration Fee for all subsequent programs. This discount is automatically applied when the Registration Fee is paid.

2. If a new volunteer registers for multiple IVHQ programs, they will receive a 10% discount off the standard Registration Fee for their second or subsequent Registration Fee payments.

3. Discounts are not accumulative, so if the volunteer is entitled to more than one discount, only the higher value discount will be applied.

4. If a volunteer cancels from an IVHQ program and is eligible for a Registration Fee refund or credit, the value of their refund or credit will be equivalent to the discounted fee actually paid, less any fees normally associated with a cancellation.

IVHQ Referral Program

1. Volunteers who have completed one or more IVHQ programs are automatically enrolled into the IVHQ Referral program. No application to join is required.

2. Upon completion of their first IVHQ program, volunteers will be provided with a personal referral code through their MyIVHQ account.

3. Volunteers may provide their personal referral code to friends, family members, co-workers, or fellow students to encourage them to volunteer with IVHQ.

4. Referral codes must be entered on the IVHQ application form when prompted and can only be used the first time the volunteer applies to IVHQ. Referral codes cannot be added after an application has been submitted and cannot be used by volunteers who have already registered for or completed an IVHQ program.

5. When the referral code has been added to an application, that volunteer’s Registration Fee will be discounted by 10%.

6. When a volunteer registers using a referral code, the MyIVHQ account of the person whose referral code was used will be credited with $50 USD. This credit will then become redeemable once the referred volunteer has paid their Program Fee in full.

7. Redeemable credits may be used against the payment of the referrer’s own Registration Fee or Program Fee payments. Credits may not be transferred to others.

8. All referral code credits expire twenty four months after they are issued, or at IVHQ’s discretion.

9. Should a volunteer who has used a referral code subsequently cancel their registration, any credits related to that registration will be cancelled.

10. Referral codes must not be shared or posted publicly online via social media channels, online forums, or websites. Referral codes may only be shared privately via direct message to interested contacts on social media channels or via email. Any referral codes that are posted publicly online, or shared in any ways that IVHQ deems are contrary to the objectives of the IVHQ Referral program, will be cancelled and any discounts or credits due to the volunteer or those who have used the referral code will be cancelled.

11. Volunteers cannot use their own referral code themselves.

12. Only one referral code or discount may be applied to each registration, and referral codes may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

IVHQ Ambassador Program

1. Membership of the IVHQ Ambassador program is via application or invitation only. Applications to become an IVHQ Ambassador should be made via the program webpage. Membership is entirely at IVHQ’s discretion.

2. If accepted onto the program, Ambassadors will be provided with their own personal referral code that may be shared with friends, family members, co-workers, or fellow students to encourage them to volunteer with IVHQ.

3. Referral codes must be entered on the IVHQ application form when prompted and can only be used the first time the volunteer applies to IVHQ. Referral codes cannot be added after an application has been submitted and cannot be used by volunteers who have already registered for or completed an IVHQ program.

When an Ambassador’s referral code has been added to an application, that volunteer’s Registration Fee will be discounted by 10% and the MyIVHQ account of the Ambassador will be credited with $50 USD. This credit will then become redeemable once that volunteer has paid their Program Fee in full.

11. Ambassadors may be provided with, or may purchase at a discounted rate, a selection of IVHQ promotional materials and branded clothing at IVHQ’s discretion.

12. IVHQ reserves the right to cancel any individual’s membership of the IVHQ Ambassador Program at any time.
